The IT business is over 40 years of age and that means that the early IT staff is retiring now in large numbers. That also means loss of knowledge:.specially mainframe knowledge and application language knowledge. To prevent this loss of knowledge, we, together with our partners, organise training programs for new people. Mainframes are for sure not gone yet and also legacy systems still are the kernel of a lot of information systems.
