Performance Manager Pro (proactive)

For enterprise-critical systems such as web shops, logistics applications, ERP applications and life support systems it is essential to monitor performance, capacity and availability on an ongoing basis, irrespective of whether these applications are implemented in an insourced or outsourced environment. To accomplish this we offer a flexible remote monitoring solution using the Foglight suite of tools from our partner Quest Software.

Based on an individually tailored Service Level Agreement we offer:

• 7 x 24 performance monitoring / 5 x 10 support desk
• Monthly performance and incident reports
• Analysis of measuring results
• Immediate alarm whenever serious problems occur
• Recommendations for proactive measures
• Very flexible means of dealing with SLA scope changes
• Monthly invoicing and payment based on actual usage

Performance Manager Light / DBA On demand (reactive)

Especially smaller ICT organizations do not have access to – or do not have the need for – a fulltime DBA.  For these organizations – in particular those running Oracle and SQL Server environments – we offer our On Demand DBA Helpdesk services.  For maximum effectiveness
 we would ideally have access to historical performance monitoring data.  Should you have no
monitoring software, we would be happy to install Quest’s Foglight suite.  This way, we 
always have immediate insight into the cause of problems and can offer a quick and effective
solution.

Should monitoring software not be available we will resolve issues on location on a best effort
basis.
